  • Leave your meat out in the morning so it’s at room temp when you cook it at night. The meat will be more tender if you don’t cook it cold from the fridge.

  • We just grilled our favorite rib eye steaks for Mother’s Day! Was hankering for it all week, and it didn’t disappoint. Thanks for the “beef up” of one of my favorite topics!
